Doug Cannon is the founder of Eagles Can Fly and it’s Chief Executive Officer. Doug teaches Veterans in the classroom and directs all business development. He has over twenty years of experience working with computers and has successfully run his own business since 2003. Doug was inspired to start Eagles Can Fly after observing Veteran friends of his struggling to fully utilize their smartphones and computers.
Doug earned his Associates Degree in Computer Systems and Applications from Yavapai College in 2000. Doug is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree at NAU. While he was earning his degree he worked in ITS at Yavapai College as a student worker. After graduating he started working full-time for Yavapai College in the ITS Department.
After leaving Yavapai College Doug worked IT for the Chino Valley School Districts before starting his own business named American Networking. American Networking is a business which provides technical computer support worldwide using a remote connection. The support includes hardware and software support, malware removal and prevention, and providing offsite backups of vital information.
Doug's outside interests include riding his Harley Motorcycle, which he has been doing for fifty years. Doug is also a 3rd degree blackbelt in Kemscrima-Doh and Shuri Ryu, which he has been practicing for thirteen years. Doug also practices American Boxing which he has five years of experience in.

Marshall Burnett is the Co-founder of Eagles Can Fly and it’s Chief Operations Officer. Marshall is in charge of the website and social media accounts of Eagles Can Fly. He also assists in the classroom as a teacher and can be found assisting students who need extra instructions. Marshall is currently enrolled at Yavapai College seeking his Associates Degree in Computer Networking Technology.
Marshall found his passion for computers by working with Doug Cannon at American Networking. Doug took Marshall on as an employee and trained him to be able to work with computers. After working with American Networking for two years Marshall began seeking his Associate Degree in Computer Networking at Yavapai College. Marshall has completed his courses in Cisco Communication Devices and knows how to program and use routers and switches in both small and big business settings.
Outside of work and school Marshall is passionate about music. He is able to play violin, bass guitar, and piano. He also enjoys camping and hiking. After meeting Doug, Marshall has begun to learn martial arts with a focus on American Boxing.
